Emfizem skrotuma
Emfizem skrotuma ili pneumoskrotum jedna je od retkih sekundarnih promena, koje sa karakterišu prodorom vazduha u potkožno tkivo skrotuma (mošnica).[1][2][3][4] Iako je sam po sebi pneumoskrotum benigna bolest, proces koji je doveo do nakupljanja vazduha u skrotum mora u potpunosti biti razjašnjen, jer je terapija uvek usmerene ka otklanjanju primarnog uzroka.[5]

Etiopatogeneza
urediNastaje kao posle otvorenih povreda u regionu skrotuma, ili u udaljenim regionima (što je dosta retko, npr posle povrede grudnog koša [5]).
Dijagnoza
urediDijagnoza je relativno jednostavna jer se osim tumefakcije, napetosti i bola, pri palpaciji skrotuma konstatuju krepitacije.
Terapija
urediPromena najčešće prolazi bez hirurške terapije. U određenim situacima može se ventualno može napravi drenaža iglom za davanje injekcije.
