Elisabetatrienska sintaza (EC 4.2.3.41, elisabetatrienska ciklaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom geranilgeranil-difosfat difosfat-lijaza (formira elisabetatrien).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
