3-keto-steroid reduktaza (EC 1.1.1.270, 3-KSR, HSD17B7, ERG27) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 3beta-hidroksisteroid:NADP+ 3-oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Ovaj enzim deluje na višestruke 3beta-hidroksisteroide. On učestvuje u biosintezi zemosterol i holesterola, pri čemu katalizuje reakciju u suprotnom smeru od prikazanog. Enzim sisara je bifunkcionalan i takođe deluje kao EC 1.1.1.62, 17beta-estradiol 17-dehidrogenaza.
