Diacilglicerol—sterol O-aciltransferaza (EC 2.3.1.73, 1,2-diacil-sn-glicerol:sterol acil transferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 1,2-diacil-sn-glicerol:sterol O-aciltransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
