DUTP difosfataza (EC 3.6.1.23, dezoksiuridin-trifosfataza, dUTPaza, dUTP pirofosfataza, dezoksiuridin 5'-trifosfatna nukleotidohidrolaza, desoksiuridinska 5'-trifosfataza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom dUTP nukleotidohidrolaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
