NAD+ nukleozidaza (EC 3.2.2.5, NADaza, DPNaza, DPN hidrolaza, NAD hidrolaza, difosfopiridinska nukleozidaza, nikotinamid adenin dinukleotidna nukleozidaza, NAD glikohidrolaza, NAD nukleozidaza, nikotinamid adenin dinukleotidna glikohidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom NAD+ glikohidrolaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

- NAD+ + H2O ADP-riboza + nikotinamid
Ovaj enzim takođe može u manjoj meri da hidrolizuje NADP+ čime se formira fosfo-ADP-riboza i nikotinamid.
