DDT-dehidrohlorinaza (EC 4.5.1.1, DDT-aza, 1,1,1-trihloro-2,2-bis(4-hlorofenil)etan hlorid-lijaza, DDTaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 1,1,1-trihloro-2,2-bis(4-hlorofenil)etan hlorid-lijaza (formira 1,1-dihloro-2,2-bis(4-hlorofenil)etilen).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
