D-serinska amonijak-lijaza (EC 4.3.1.18, D-hidroksiaminokiselinska dehidrataza, D-serinska dehidraza, D-hidroksi aminokiselinska dehidrataza, D-serinska hidrolaza, D-serinska dehidrataza (deaminacija), D-serinska deaminaza, D-serinska hidrolijaza (deaminacija)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom D-serin amonijak-lijaza (formira piruvat).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
