D-prolin dehidrogenaza (EC 1.5.99.13, D-Pro DH, D-Pro dehidrogenaza, D-prolinska dehidrogenaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom D-prolin:akceptor oksidoreduktaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Ovaj enzim je flavoprotein (FAD). On preferentno deluje na D-prolin, a u manjoj meri i na druge D-aminokiseline.
