Alfa-izokomenska sintaza (EC 4.2.3.136, MrTPS2) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (2E,6E)-farnezil-difosfat difosfat-lijaza (ciklizacija, formira (-)-alfa-isocomen).[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
