Acilaminoacilna peptidaza (EC 3.4.19.1, enzim odvajanja acilaminokiselina, N-acilpeptidna hidrolaza, N-formilmetionin (fMet) aminopeptidaza, alfa-N-acilpeptidna hidrolaza) je enzim.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
