Acetat KoA-transferaza (EC 2.8.3.8, acetat koenzim A-transferaza, butiril KoA:acetat KoA transferaza, butiril koenzim A transferaza, sukcinil-KoA:acetat KoA transferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom acil-KoA:acetat KoA-transferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
