Adenilil-sulfat reduktaza (tioredoksin) (EC 1.8.4.10, tioredoksin-zavisna 5'-adenililsulfatna reduktaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom AMP,sulfit:tioredoksin-disulfid oksidoreduktaza (formira adenozin-5'-fosfosulfat).[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju:
