A-1,6-manozil-glikoprotein 6-b-N-acetilglukozaminiltransferaza (EC 2.4.1.155, N-acetilglukozaminiltransferaza V, alfa-manozid beta-1,6-N-acetilglukozaminiltransferaza, uridin difosfoacetilglukozamin-alfa-manozid beta1->6-acetilglukozaminiltransferaza, UDP-N-acetilglukozamin:alfa-manozid-beta1,6 N-acetilglukozaminiltransferaza, alfa-1,3(6)-manozilglikoprotein beta-1,6-N-acetilglukozaminiltransferaza, GnTV) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom UDP-N-acetil-D-glukozamin:6-(2-(N-acetil-beta-D-glukozaminil)-alfa-D-manozil)-glikoprotein 6-beta-N-acetil-D-glukozaminiltransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
