A,a-trehaloza fosforilaza (sa zadržavanjem konfiguracije) (EC 2.4.1.231, trehalozna fosforilaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom alfa,alfa-trehaloza:fosfat alfa-D-glukoziltransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
