3a(17b)-hidroksisteroid dehidrogenaza (NAD+) (EC 1.1.1.239, 3alfa,17beta-hidroksi steroid dehidrogenaza, 3alfa(17beta)-HSD, 17-ketoreduktaza (ambiguous), 17beta-HSD, HSD17B6, HSD17B8) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 3alfa(or 17beta)-hidroksisteroid:NAD+ oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
