Ovaj enzim je izdvojen iz bakterija Burkholderia cepacia 2CBS. On ima široku supstratnu specifičnost. Supstrati su: 2-fluorobenzoat, 2-hlorobenzoat, 2-bromobenzoat, i 2-iodobenzoat.
