1-dezoksi-D-ksiluloza-5-fosfat reduktoizomeraza (EC 1.1.1.267, DXP-reduktoizomeraza, 1-dezoksi-D-ksiluloza-5-fosfat izomeroreduktaza, 2-C-metil-D-eritritol 4-fosfat (MEP) sintaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 2-C-metil-D-eritritol-4-fosfat:NADP+ oksidoreduktaza (izomerizacija).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Za delovanje ovog enzima su neohodni Mn2+, Co2+ ili Mg2+, pri čemu je mangan najefektivniji. Enzim iz nekoliko eubakterija, uključujući Escherichia coli, formira deo alternativnog nemevalonatnog puta za biosintezu terpenoida.
