Wulfstan (ponekad navođen i ka Lupus;[1] ? - 28. maj 1023) bio je engleski biskup Londona, biskup Worcestera i nadbiskup Yorka. Ne smije ga se miješati s ranijim nadbiskupom Yorka po imenu Wulfstan I i kasnijim biskupom Worcestera po imenu Wulfstan. Vjeruje se da je crkvenu karijeru počeo kao benediktinski reodvnik, Biskupom Londona je postao 996. a godine 1002. je istovremeno izabran i za biskupa Worcestera i za nadbiskupa Yorka. Dvije je službe istovremeno vršio sve do 1016. kada je prisiljen prepustiti Worcester; u Yorku je ostao do smrti. Vjeruje se da je još za vrijeme službe u Londonu postao poznat kao pisac propovijedi ili homilija, koje su se bavili Antikristom. Godine 1014. je napisao svoje najpoznatije djelo Sermo Lupi ad Anglos ili Propovijed Vuka Englezima.

Osim po propovijedima, Wulfstan je postao poznat i kao jedan od tvoraca zakonika za engleske kraljeve Ethelreda Nespremnog i Knuta Velikog.[2] Danas se smatra jednim od dva najvažnija autora engleske književnosti u kasnom anglosaksonskom periodu. Poslije smrti 1023. se govorilo u čudima na njegovom grobu, ali pokušaji da ga se proglasi svecem nisu urodili plodom.
