Prosolanapiron-III cikloizomeraza (EC 5.5.1.20, Sol5, SPS, solanapironska sintaza (bifunkcionalni enzim: prosolanapiron II okzidaza/prosolanapiron III cikloziomeraza)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom prosolanapiron-III:(-)-solanapiron A izomeraza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
