Alben Vilijam Barkli (engl. Alben William Barkley; Okrug Grejvs, 24. novembar 1877 — Leksington, 30. april 1956) je bio američki političar koji je služio kao 35. potpredsednik Sjedinjenih Država u periodu od 1949. do 1953, za vreme mandata predsednika Harija Trumana. Bio je član Demokratske stranke, a pre funkcije potpredsednika je služio kao član Predstavničkog doma (1913—1927) i Senata (1927—1949) iz Kentakija.

Nakon neuspešne kandidature na predsedničkim izborima 1952, Barkli je 1954. ponovo izabran u Senat nakon pobede nad Džonom Šermanom Kuperom. Umro je 1956. godine.
