'''Cinerama''' je proces za prikazivanje slike u [[widescreen]] formatu koji se sastoji od simultanog prikazivanja tri sinkronizirana projektora 35 mm filma na veliki i udubljeni ekran pod kutem od 146°. Postupak je patentirala korporacija Cinerama. Predstavljao je prvi od inovativnih tehnika prikazivanja filmova razvijenih 1950-ih, kada se filmska industrija u SAD i drugdje u svijetu prvi put suočila sa ozbiljnom konkurencijom od novog medija televizije. Cinerama je tadašnjoj publici bila predstavljena kao spektakularni događaj, odnosno predstave filmova u Cinerami su trebale predstavljati predstave u najprestižnijim teatrima.
