Piklozotan (SUN-N4057) je selektivni parcijalni agonist 5-HT1A receptora, koji ima neuroprotektivno dejstvo u životinjskim studijama.[3] On je bio u ranim kliničkim ispitivanjima za tretman akutnog moždanog udara.[4][5]
