Peptidilamidoglikolatna lijaza (EC 4.3.2.5, alfa-hidroksiglicin amidujuća dealkilaza, peptidilna-alfa-hidroksiglicin alfa-amidujuća lijaza, HGAD, PGL, PAL, peptidilnaamidoglikolat peptidilnaamid-lijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom peptidilamidoglikolat peptidil-amid-lijaza (formira glioksilat).[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
