Lesopitron (E-4424) je selektivni pun agonist 5-HT_1A receptora koji je strukturno srodan sa azapironima.^[4] On je bio u razvoju kao anksiolitik za tretman generalizovanog anksioznog poremećaja.^[5]^[6] Dospeo je do faze II kliničkih ispitivanja, ali je razvoj prekinut.^[5]^[6]
