Ford Madox Brown
Ford Madox Brown (16. april 1821 – 6. oktobar 1893) bio je engleski slikar, koji se, iako nikada nije bio formalni član te grupe, smatra jednim od osnivača Prerafaelita. Opus su mu činile slike s moralnim i historijskim temama, često u stilu Hogartha. Jedna od njegovih najpoznatijih slika je Rad. Brown je kasnije godine života proveo slikajući Manchesterske murale na zidovima Manchesterske gradske vijećnice, a koji pokazuju historiju tog grada.
Bio je oženjen dva puta - s Elizabeth Bromley, s kojom je imao kćer Lucy; te, nakon njene smrti, sa svojim modelom Emmom Hill, s kojom je imao sina Olivera Madoxa Browna i kćer Catherine. Ona je rodila sina Forda, koji je, u počast svog djeda, uzeo ime Ford Madox Ford, pod kojim je postao ugledan književnik.
