Ovo delo prvi puta objavljeno u Jugoslaviji u javnom je vlasništvu jer su njegova autorska prava istekla u skladu sa jugoslovenskim Zakonom o autorskim pravima iz 1978. godine u kojemu je navedeno da autorska prava vrede dok je autor živ plus 50 godina nakon njihove smrti, odnosno 25 godina za fotografiju ili dela primenjene umetnosti. Ovo se odnosi na dela koja su već bila u javnom vlasništvu pre raspada SFRJ u 1991. godini.

Rad ispunjava jedan od sledećih uslova:

а) delo poznatog autora umrlog pre 1. januara 1941. godine.
b) delo nepoznatog autora objavljeno pre 1. januara 1941. godine.
c) fotografija ili delo primenjene umetnosti objavljeno pre 1. januara 1966. godine.

Obavezno navedite izvor da se tvrdnja o javnom vlasništvu može potvrditi.

Za dela posle navedenog datuma koristite šablone za pojedinačne zemlje nastale raspadom Jugoslavije: {{PD-Slovenia}}, {{PD-Croatia}}, {{PD-Bosnia and Herzegovina}}, {{PD-Macedonia}}, {{PD-Montenegro}} или {{PD-Serbia}}.

Article 8.
