Bornil difosfatna sintaza (EC 5.5.1.8, bornil pirofosfatna sintaza, bornil pirofosfatna sintetaza, (+)-bornilpirofosfatna ciklaza, geranil-difosfatna ciklaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (+)-bornil-difosfat lijaza (deciklizacija).[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
