Terpentetrienska sintaza (EC 4.2.3.36, Cyc2) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom terpentedienil-difosfat difosfat-lijaza (formira terpentetrien).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
