Sumpor dioksigenaza (EC 1.13.11.18, sumporna oksigenaza, sumpor:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-sulfanilglutation:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Ovaj enzim sadrži gvožđe. Glutation (GSH) ima katalitičku ulogu u aktivaciji elemernog sumpora, ali se ne konzumira tokom reakcije.
