Nukleozid dezoksiriboziltransferaza (EC 2.4.2.6, purin (pirimidin) nukleozid:purin (pirimidin) dezoksiribozil transferaza, dezoksiriboza transferaza, nukleozid trans-N-dezoksiribozilaza, trans-dezoksiribozilaza, trans-N-dezoksiribozilaza, trans-N-glikosidaza, nukleozid dezoksiriboziltransferaza I (purin nukleozid:purin dezoksiriboziltransferaza: striktno specifična za transfer između purinskih baza), nukleozid dezoksiriboziltransferaza II (purin (pirimidin) nukleozid:purin (pirimidin) dezoksiriboziltransferaza)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom nukleozid:purin (pirimidin) dezoksi-D-riboziltransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
