John Minton (slikar)

Francis John Minton (25. decembar 1917–20. januar 1957) bio je engleski slikar, ilustrator i scenograf, poznat kao jedna od vodećih ličnosti neoromantičnog pravca likovne umjetnosti. Iako je uživao određeni uspjeh, njegovo odbijanje da prihvati apstraktni stil koji je počeo dominirati umjetničkom scenom, ga je učinilo svojevrsnom parijom. To, i problemi s alkoholom, su ga 1957. doveli do samoubistva.
