Izoprenska sintaza (EC 4.2.3.27, ISPC, ISPS) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom dimetilalil-difosfat difosfat-lijaza (formira izopren).[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
