Inozitol 4-metiltransferaza (EC 2.1.1.129, mio-inozitol 4-O-metiltransferaza, S-adenozil-L-metionin:mio-inozitol 4-O-metiltransferaza, mio-inozitol 6-O-metiltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozil-L-metionin:1D-mio-inozitol 4-metiltransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
