Geosminska sintaza

Geosminska sintaza (EC 4.1.99.16) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom germakradienol geosmin-lijaza (formira aceton).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
