D-manitol oksidaza (EC 1.1.3.40, manitolna oksidaza, D-arabitolna oksidaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom manitol:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (ciklizacija).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Ovaj enzim takođe katalizuje oksidaciju D-arabinitola i u manjoj meri D-glucitola (sorbitola), dok L-arabinitol nije dobar supstrat.
