Alkohol oksidaza
Alkohol oksidaza (EC 1.1.3.13, etanolna oksidaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom alkohol:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Ovaj enzim je flavoprotein (FAD). On deluje na niže primarne alkohole i na nezasićene alkohole. Neaktivan je na alkoholima razgranatog lanca i na sekundarnim alkoholima.
