Alfa-guajienska sintaza (EC 4.2.3.87, PatTps177 (gen)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (2Z,6E)-farnezil-difosfat difosfat-lijaza (ciklizacija, formira alfa-guajien).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
